My name is John Markham and your new Realtor! I am a Steinhatchee native and currently reside in Cross City with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Family is especially important to me and I am grateful for my parents instilling their hard work ethic, discipline, and values in me. My father owns and operates his own business, and my mother works for the Dixie County property appraisers, giving me a wealth of knowledge that many do not have of the area. I have a passion for helping others and have a vast knowledge of customer service. Over the years I have traveled the country and met all kinds of people along the way and truly learned a lot from these encounters. With that in mind my goal as your Relator is to ensure every transaction is fluid and making sure my clients are confident, that they were represented well and given the best opportunity to achieve their real estate goals, whether they are buying or selling. I love the outdoors whether we are on the boat or riding in the woods. I always enjoy family gatherings or any type of social event. Physical health has always been important to me and I start my day off going to the gym, it always sets the tone for a productive workday. I like to wake up drink a cup of coffee and read a book or interesting podcast.
