What a cute island cottage--and for a terrific price! This downtown two-bedroom, two-bath cottage just underwent a remarkable remodel--new cabinets, new countertops, new appliances, new electric fixtures, new paint, and restoration of the original wood floors! Sitting on two lots, you will have plenty of room for your garden, or adding a new brick-paver patio, nicely shaded by the many native cedars and palms. The home faces 6th Street, and the corner lots make a terrific spot for the two-car carport in the back, off E Street. Just a few blocks stroll will get you downtown to the island's restaurants, shops, post office, bakery, coffee shops and City Park, with its playground, beach and picnic pavilions! What a great spot for retirement, for a part-time home, for vacation getaways, or for a rental investment property. Furnishings may be available to purchase separately. Nicely restored, nicely located and nicely priced, this one is a real prize!
