This waterfront studio condominium just finished a full-unit remodel in late September! With the fresh upgrades of new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a new full bathroom and a new full kitchen with quartz countertops, your investment will be well spent! No remodeling will be necessary--just show up and enjoy your new island getaway! Sit on your covered porch, overlooking the Gulf, and watch the dolphins at play, on this active spot on Florida's Nature Coast. Seabirds soar and dive, getting their fill of today's fresh fish, while pods of dolphins travel past, often getting very rambunctious. It is fabulous to watch! Cook your dinner in your new kitchen, or walk just a couple of small-town blocks to one of the island's restaurants, and let them do the work for you! Cruise the island in a golf cart, or take an easy stroll through the historic district and the downtown. This complex is conveniently located downtown, within very easy walking distance of the coffee shops, the bakery, the Art Center, the library, gift shops, post office and several restaurants and bars, with daytime and nighttime entertainment. Cedar Cove was designed to be a part-time getaway AND an investment property, so owner occupancy is limited to 120 days per year, with the timing of your choice. When you are not here, simply put the unit in your choice of vacation rental programs, or set it up for your own vacation rental system, and let it pull in some cash to offset expenses. This is the perfect "starter" for securing a second/vacation home and breaking into the vacation rental business. Take a look at this one today!

Tour around town in a golf cart, and don't forget to slow down to watch the sun dip below the watery horizon at sunset. Want to enjoy the beckoning salt water? Launch your kayak from the beach next door and paddle around the island, exploring the mangrove tunnels and shell banks, or even go over to the island across the channel in the distance and walk the paths of settlers more than a century ago. If you are a boater, the public boat ramp is only two blocks away, and fishing spots galore await you! A private picnic on an uninhabited island is a terrific way to spend a day! Cedar Cove Efficiency Condos are terrific for investors, since they limit owner use to four months per year--you choose the days. When you are not here, put the unit in a vacation rental management program, and let it generate cash to offset the cost. It's a win-win! Check out this beautifully renovated loft unit today!
