The brand new kitchen offers a pristine spot to prepare from, with solid surface counters, new cabinets, stainless appliances, including a two-burner induction cooktop and a convection/microwave combination oven. The bedroom, with its aromatic cedar ceiling, has lots of windows for extra lighting. The new bathroom has a nicely tiled shower with upgraded shower fixtures, and the washer/dryer combination unit has shelving and hanging spots for clothing alongside. Ready to relax with a beverage? Sit under the trees on the nice wood deck off the side breezeway entrance, or sit on the enclosed front porch, which is currently used as a sleeping porch for a guest. Located in the old families area of the island called "Kiss-Me-Quick," this home is a short walk or a quick bike ride to the downtown, with gift shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
